constitutional mechanics 101

we commonly inherit national constitutional frameworks that were created within very different contexts to that which we are presently experiencing. thus what made sense many years past, now shapes our experience in ways which often are not comfortable.\r\nthis zone is for the exploration of evolving new constitutional agreements that best serve the needs of an expanding and evolving populous.

Yes, the \r\n thing is a bug. These characters have appeared throughout the database in recent weeks - I literally just logged a bug with the people who can help me diagnose it. It should be fixed in a few days.

I would say the guilt and shame that was holding me back, finally catapulted me to where I needed to be. When I finally had the courage to leave my loved ones behind, and then walk my own path alone for a while, I would come to find them again and accept them fully, gaining allies along the way. It's no easy task, but we seemed to be destined to do this all along.

The Mechanics Of Innocence and Guilt. In a sense, Innocence Makes Inner Sense. Non Judgement Day is Coming!

Continuing the theme of examining the deeply twisted and broken 'judicial' system and also bringing in the very important topic of emotional and psycho-spiritual health - let's look at the finer points of what innocence and guilt are...

                  \r\n

Correctly understanding guilt, innocence and the associated judgements, denials and blame is absolutely essential if we are to know peace and balance. Not only are these terms the essential foundation of our 'legal' systems, but they are - more significantly - directly a part of the underlying causes of our emotional dysfunctions, mental dysfunctions and also the physical diseases that originate in emotional/psychological injury.

                  \r\n

It is always helpful to look at the commonly held definitions for words we are discussing - since while the dictionary definitions are often inaccurate for such important terms as these - lacking depth and detail (or even being totally backwards sometimes) they are at least a common reference point that we can all relate to.

                  \r\n
                  \r\n

                  innocent -

                  \r\n

So we can see that there are a variety of interpretations and ways in which the words are typically applied in our commonly used language. Essentially, Innocence conveys the idea of being absent of guilt and malicious intentions, while guilt could mean having done wrong in a way that has caused harm OR it could be a FEELING of deserving blame.

                  \r\n

It is essential to notice that there are at least two distinct psychological, emotional and spiritual phenomena being described here by the word 'guilt' that can exist without each other. Guilty feelings do not inherently require us to have truly caused harm in some way, since we can experience guilty feelings just due to accepting blame - we could be truly innocent of all wrongdoing and yet still be faced with blame and still - for our own reasons - accept that blame into us and end up with guilty feelings. The other meaning of the word guilt describes a more mental, idea based phenomenon which is more often used in the context of a court room (or school room). Someone may be totally innocent, yet be judged to be 'guilty' and they may have no guilty feelings at all because they genuinely did nothing wrong - and yet, none the less - 'someone' is going to 'punish' them for their 'guilt'.

                  \r\n

I am aiming here to make clear that there is a real energetic state that is accurately described as 'guilt' (the emotional state of 'guilty feelings') and there is a theoretical, judgement based, mental labelling of someone that is alleged to also be 'guilt' but which is less tangible and cannot be felt as it's own presence within the allegedly guilty individual. We need to fully appreciate the difference between these two for reasons I will now explain.

                  \r\n

Guilt is not a loving presence and it does not serve us at all

                  \r\n
                  \r\n

Many of us have been led to believe that guilt is necessary for us to 'do good' - since, it has been reasoned, guilt lets us know we are doing wrong. However, this is not a right understanding of guilt. Every action we undertake is an act of our will and we experience the expression of our will's desires and needs as feelings. We may feel attracted to or repulsed by certain people and events/experiences - so we are either willing to move towards them or we are repulsed by them and are unwilling.

                  \r\n

If we desire a certain experience and are judged as being 'bad' or 'wrong' for choosing that experience, then our emotional body and will has to bare the weight of that judgement. Just like a child that has been 'told off' (switched off) for doing as they pleased - who then feels 'bad' and is like a barometer for the lack of love that now faces them - our own will can be shut down and actually harmed just by being judged. Our will typically does not seek destruction or unloving actions and it may be that we need to learn from our mistakes so that we can be attuned more to what we really need and what experiences are truly of value for us. If we are punished just for choosing with our free will, by someone who 'takes offence' at our actions - provided we are not overpowering anyone - then we are meeting unloving intentions that proclaim to be protecting us and others, but which are not. For example, if I decide to do a little dance in the street - just for fun, there are people who are so unloving and controlled that they will judge against me for doing that and may even verbally abuse me and call me 'stupid'.. Obviously, I have done nothing wrong, but my emotions will still have received that judgement and if I am not strong willed enough I may take it in as a form of guilt. In fact, if I don't allow my real emotions to vibrate in response to the insult/judgement and maybe let some anger move to defend me or maybe just a defiant dance move - then I am also creating a form of guilt within me because I am being shut down internally and not doing what I truly feel like doing.

                  \r\n

The point here is that if I feel I need to move in a particular way and i stop myself from doing so, then I am automatically blaming my emotions that want to be free - just by controlling and limiting them. If you need to move and someone stops you from moving, then you will not feel good and it is just the same when our own mind stops our own emotions and will from moving. We are literally creating a form of blame by unconsciously (or consciously) judging our emotions as being 'wrong' just by not letting them move freely. The result is that we can feel actual guilt from the most mundane of situations and as this dysfunction, due to control, is repeated and builds up over time - we can become more and more shut down, less comfortable, weaker and eventually even manifest disease.

                  \r\n

Guilt is constrictive and is actually a form of fear that is frightened that we will be told again not to feel as we really do.

                  \r\n

This is the REAL form of guilt.

                  \r\n

The other forms of guilt are just thoughtforms that proclaim guilt and which are actually attempting to create guilt in us, but which may not succeed. I may accuse you of wrongdoing, but you may not accept blame and may instead ACCEPT YOURSELF - thus not creating guilty feelings!

                  \r\n

Being free of guilt is a GOOD thing

                  \r\n
                  \r\n

Some are claiming that psychopaths do not have guilt and thus to be free of guilt is a problem that implies a lack of integrity. This is totally incorrect. An absence of guilt equates to innocence and innocence is our NATURAL STATE. It is perfectly possible to have no guilt, yet to have made serious mistakes that are harmful - while not being in any way 'mad', 'crazy' or 'evil'. Provided we are fully accepting self, intending to learn, heal, balance and evolve - then our mistakes are accepted, we are accepted and we will do what we can to not cause harm again. It is more accurate to say that it is dysfunctional to not accept responsibility for our own actions and our own state of being; it is the failure to accept personal responsibility that typically is behind a wide array of dysfunctional behaviours and alleged mental illness.

                  \r\n

If we are free of guilt, then we are in a healthy emotional state and our emotions are free to move and express - which is necessary for them to fulfil their evolutionary role in guiding us to experiences that we prefer/need and away from what we don't prefer/need. So, in short, casting blame onto self and others is a hindrance that serves no purpose and only reduces the amount of love and balance on Earth. If someone has intent to learn from mistakes then those mistakes can be pointed out without blame and without causing further imbalance - yet if they do not have intent to learn, then casting blame will not improve the situation anyway, since blame does not cause people to change their intentions in and of itself. Declaring someone else to be 'guilty' as occurs in court is always misleading and adds to the confusion in the emotional bodies of those involved, since there may not actually be any real guilty feelings present and ultimately it is what we feel that is real for us internally - while the rest is to some extent theoretical or at least not fully known/understood.

                  \r\n

It would be much more accurate to say that "We have decided you committed the crimes we say you have committed" than it would be to say "you are guilty of these crimes". If we are going to allege that courts uphold truth, the least we can do is actually take the most basic of steps towards being accurate in our use of language and definition of what is transpiring.

                  \r\n

                  Innocence does not mean naivety

                  \r\n
                  \r\n

Real innocence can be as simple as not having any guilty feelings - there is not requirement for a lack of understanding, knowledge of wisdom in us for us to be innocent. Feelings that feel guilty can be healed from the guilt by being felt into by loving consciousness with intent to heal and intent to allow them to vibrate. This is very much like the way a loving mother will nurse a hurt child and yet it occurs internally within us. Since very few of us think and live this way - with many of us having been totally reversed away from self care of this form - it is no surprise to me that our hospitals are full and suffering is epidemic.

                  \r\n

To me, innocence means a state of non judgement and balance that feels good. It is our optimal self and if others who are themselves feeling guilty attempt to project unloving blame onto and into us, we are not obliged to lose our innocent, good feelings - we simply need to allow our deep understanding of emotional balance to trigger emotions that will move and serve to protect us in the right and loving way.

                  \r\n

The major challenge here is that none of this can really be understood just by reading it and thinking about it - we need to FEEL it before it will 'make sense'.

                  \r\n

In a sense, Innocence makes Inner Sense!

                  \r\n

Grenfell Tower disaster parallels in House of Cards, 1993.
Originally broadcast on December 12th 1993, these edited excerpts from the BBC's 'House of Cards' are incredibly prescient, in light of the events of last Tuesday. The obvious satirical commentary of the show highlights the withering opportunism of governments and media alike to jump on such stories. The points are made in general, but I found the arguments around social injustice, and the nature of the cause of the tragedy - a gas explosion in a run-down tower block - particularly chilling. Especially uncanny are the details of the degraded state of public housing, and even the specific points that a small fire on the fourth floor began the blaze, and the death toll being 72 (an estimated figure of around 70 from the fire service yesterday was given in relation to Grenfell). I have absolutely zero intent to offend the victims, their families or the survivors of this dreadful and shocking event, nor to trivialise the nature of this disaster in comparing real world events to fictional television shows, and I wholly apologise if that is how this is judged. Neither do I wish to make a further comment on either the real event or opinions voiced in the fictional dialogue. What I will say though is that Urquhart's reaction in the BBC interview is chilling, and I hope not at all prescient. Beyond that, I am simply struck by how a 25-year old show can so closely resemble today's reality, with seemingly so few of the issues having been addressed in the interim. Furthermore, I intend...

Are Chemtrails real? Do widespread, covert programs of aerial spraying for Geo-engineering and other purposes already exist?
Reports from around the world have long claimed that the many thick, persistent trails we see in our skies that emerge from the rear of large airplanes are no merely the innocent 'contrails' of vapor that many commentators claim. It is a fact that patents exist for technology that allows airplane operators to spray large volumes of chemical material into our planet's atmosphere and it is a fact that many 'scientists' are openly talking about using the technology to spray heavy metals into our air, whether we like it or not. As you will see in this katalist, It is also a fact western governments have admitted to secretly spraying toxic chemicals over their own populations in the past and have even said that they would do it again.\r\nIn the course of my research I have seen passionate argument from those who are certain that chemical cocktails are being sprayed over us and I have also seen counter arguments from those who are certain that there is no conspiracy and the issue is only that there is much heavier air traffic now than in the past and that people generally do not understand enough about atmospheric science to be able to understand why the 'contrails' persist in some cases - as they do.\r\nIn this Katalist I am sharing some of the media I have found that covers the topic from various angles.

I challenge YOU to review this evidence and conclude anything other than that our democracies are entirely fake

My Great Uncle was a Lord in the UK house of Lords - and ever since hearing stories from him and my family of how government REALLY operates, I have looked for ways to find out the wider picture and share that with others. In some ways he (now deceased) was probably similar to how you might imagine such a (alleged) 'lord' to be - and i mean that more in the sense of a somewhat racist, exploitative power-monger moreso than of some kind of glorious and honourable justice maker (although i'm sure he did some good things at some point). Anyway, he made it clear that, for one thing, the prime minister of Britain was chosen years in advance and I found that curious since.. well, don't we have votes and elections for that?

                        \r\n

Government elections have always been entirely fake and rigged

                        \r\n

It wasn't until i heard Alex Jones and other similar commenters talking about how the 'bohemian grove' club near San Francisco was the chosen place for the world's richest people to come together and decide 'who the presidents would be' that I started to look again at this topic as an adult - it is hard to ignore the video that Alex appears to have filmed covertly inside bohemian grove that shows many people around a lake in the dark, wearing robes and carrying out a torch lit ritual that involves throwing (an allegedly fake) human baby into a fire atop a large owl shaped altar! I know this sounds completely insane, but  watch the video and you will see it is clearly a real thing:

                        \r\n

                        https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FpKdSvwYsrE

                        \r\n

Ok, so we have a video of some of the world's richest people pretending to burn a child to death in a secret ritual and other stories from bohemian grove, including an alleged witness to murder and much, much more..

                        \r\n

                        https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CvY7thwBVu4

                        \r\n

Though these by themselves do not prove direct fraud in our alleged democracies, they do show that many of the people in the governments are operating completely differently in private to how they do in public, but that is a key point to get to grips with.  They thrive on presenting a fake image to the world, that offers plausible deniability whenever they might be caught out as being major criminals of various kinds -

                        \r\n
                        \r\n

Do you really think that I could do something so terrible? I kiss babies and help the poor - I have nothing in my life that can be said to be dishonourable!

                        \r\n
                        \r\n

One of the most amazing examples of this in recent times that i have seen is this video of alleged Canadian prime-minister Justin Tredeau, wherein he is asked over 20 times a simple and direct question that relates to him being investigated by the ethics commissioner and 20+ times he completely avoids the question with a fake face that mixes smugness, superiority and to me, something more sinister. To make matters worse the human robots behind him often nod on as if they are somehow adding something to the situation and as if to say "yes, what he is saying is entirely appropriate and makes perfect sense to me" - even though the vast majority of humans will see his posturing as little more than the actions of a conman and habitual liar being caught out:

                        \r\n

                        https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9hY1kvuUZls

                        \r\n

You see, even if they don't rig the actual vote counting, the elections are rigged ANYWAY by the placing of corrupt and controlled (often blackmailed) individuals into the position of 'leader' and from therein other corrupt 'team players' are placed into other key roles in government - meaning that the voting was all but useless. What difference does it make who you vote for when you can only choose between 2 or 3 options and they are all corrupt?

The recent US government election was another classic example - how can we honestly say that choosing between Trump and Clinton was a choice that would guarantee a great change for the world or America? Clinton has a long history of being involved in fraud and crime - coming out more by the day - and Trump is not far behind in that regard. Even Trump's own biographer went on record as admitting to having lied for money when he wrote the bestselling biography about Trump: The art of the deal. He apologises for misleading the world about how Trump is actually extremely mentally limited and has the memory of a goldfish - in fact, both of Trump's biographers have gone on record saying they are extremely worried that he is president because he is so dysfunctional:

                        \r\n

And then there is the undercover footage showing how the Clinton camp deliberately orchestrated violence at Trump rallies to attempt to make Trump look bad!

The Problems are systemic and not just the result of small, corrupt groups

                        \r\n

There are many ways to demonstrate that the systems are entirely corrupt, I could talk for hours about the corrupt financial systems and how they are mathematically guaranteed to result in injustice and poverty for the majority of humans. However, I still think that one of the most telling and revealing insights into this subject comes from an Ivy League Historian called Carroll Quiqley, who wrote a massive book that told the history of one of America (and our worlds') most powerful secret societies. The story goes that they let him have access privately to their own records for 2 years and allowed him to write a massive book - which was intended to not be published publicly, but he did anyway! However, the book was so massive and 95% of it was dry and academic, with no juicy bits - that most of us have never heard of it. Thankfully a diligent researcher named Joe Plummer recently wrote his own book that takes the most insightful parts of Quigley's work and makes it available (for free) for everyone to see.

Joe Plummer helps us to learn that 'the network' is a vast and extremely wealthy group that has sought to dominate the entire planet through every means necessary under the belief that white men are the world's most intelligent and that they must therefore control everything else (that's the short version). I suggest everyone take the short amount of time necessary to at least watch and learn from this interview from 2016 and ideally read his free book too:

Platitudes and Avoidance is the name of Trudeau's game
Canadian humiliation Prime Minister Justin Trudeau at his best. When asked repeatedly by ALL opposition parties to tell them "How many times has the PM met with the ethics commissioner," and of course responds in typical libtard platitude style, "I'm very pleased to work with the ethics commissioner and answer any questions she may have," then when asked the 8th time, he goes on a rant about the middle class and taxes. This has absolutely nothing to do with him being investigated by the ethics commissioner. This is a man who dropped out of university and was a part time drama teacher before becoming PM. The ONLY politics he had under his belt was 7yrs as an MP, and his father was Canada's 15th PM, Pierre Elliott Trudeau. If this was ANY other Canadian, they would NOT be PM right now. Born in Ottawa, Trudeau attended Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf and graduated from McGill University in 1994 and the University of British Columbia in 1998. He gained a high public profile in October 2000, when he delivered a eulogy at his father's state funeral. After graduating, he worked as a teacher in Vancouver, British Columbia. He completed one year of an engineering program at Montreal's École Polytechnique before quitting in 2003. In 2005 he began a master's degree in environmental geography at McGill University but quit after one year. He used his public profile to advocate for various causes and acted in the 2007 TV miniseries 'The Great War.'...

disprove these claims about donald trump!
A thick wall of denial always surrounds the various puppet leaders of america and related regions - none more so it seems than exists around donald trump. Despite his actions obviously being deceptive, offering lies faster than a used car salesman, his supporters will often resort to name calling and even claiming dissenters are 'traitors' - despite the an abundance of evidence showing Trump's lies.\r\nThis katalist collects together various sources that highlight some of the more obvious deceptions and denials.
