A high quality and balanced spelt, vegan bread recipe

for most of my experience here on earth i have suffered with one or more symptom of body imbalance - including eczema, asthma and a variety of others. i used every 'scientific' / 'medical' option i was offered without considering that it was the polluted food and water/fluids that i was being supplied with that were a large part of the problem for my body. as i have explored this further, i discovered that not only are most 'food' products not suitably tested (or the results are denied) but that this is well known amongst those that make and sell the products and is hidden as much as possible.

many of us now know this and have sought detoxification processes and cleaner food sources than is commonly found in 'shops'.

one of the major food types where i am is 'bread'. i have eaten a huge variety of different types of bread and we have been making our own (using an electronic breadmaker to simplify the task) for several years.

here is the bread recipe i currently most like for its taste, texture, ingredients and most importantly it's BALANCE. :)

  • 400g organic spelt wholemeal flour.
  • 320ml clean water (i use distilled water that has been remineralised - though do whatever you can do to get the right water for you).
  • 1 teaspoon of organic maple syrup or agave syrup.
  • 1.5 teaspoon of yeast (non yeast recipes are great too, though so far they do not go so great with the breadmaking machine i am using).
  • 3 tablespoons of organic olive oil, flax oil or other similar oil of your choice.
  • some sea salt as you prefer.
  • any suitable type of seeds or fruit as you prefer. - i usually use 5 kinds: linseed, sesame, poppy, sunflower and pumpkin. roughly 2 tablespoons of each is enough, but you can mix to your own preference.

i drop all that in the breadmaker machine, set it to a 3.5 hour, rye bread bake and i'm done. :)

if i compare this loaf to all others i have eaten, including organic ones from shops, only 2 or 3 others come close to its 'clarity' of material - which essentially means that the food is non-toxic and non distorted and non polluted and is thus harmonious for the body.. i can feel the difference immediately.
