DNA is obviously a very important component of our body, but it is an area that is generally considered to be beyond our ability to affect/repair. However, this simply isn't true - here's a simple way that anyone can directly affect their body's ability to repair DNA.
There are numerous methods that are claimed to repair/activate DNA - from sound tones, to guided meditations and various nutriceutical and pharmaceutical therapies. I can't speak for most of them, although I would like to think that the claims that DNA responds directly to the spoken word is real. Maybe I'll experiment more with that in the future.
Something that is definitely grounded in scientific research, however, is the effect of certain plant foods on DNA repair. Dr. Greger from nutritionfacts.org has focused on a study that compared the ability of several foods to alter our body's ability to repair DNA and a variety were shown to do just that, with fresh lemon performing particularly well:

When I saw that celery, apple and lemon were all top performers I was immediately reminded of the green juice drink that I have promoted before and which I have experimented with drinking every day. It really does offer a significant boost to all levels of self, from mood to body balance and hormonal peace too. You can see a version of it being made by Dan McDonald here:

I also documented another variant on this, called 'Gorilla milk' that combines the green juice from the first recipe with fresh almond milk to create an all round super drink that I have seen work wonders on someone with very serious illness - check it out.Wishing you well,Ura Soul
