Tea and Artery Function.. why adding milk cancels out health benefits of drinking tea

    ura soul

Adding milk to tea can block its beneficial effects, potentially explaining why green tea drinkers appear better protected than consumers of black tea. If that’s what one plant can do, imagine the effects of a whole diet centered around plant foods. That’s the subject of my next video, Plant-Based Diets and Artery Function (http://nutritionfacts.org/video/plant-based-diets-and-artery-function). Be careful about green tea from China if you eat the leaves. See Lead Contamination of Tea (http://nutritionfacts.org/video/lead-contamination-of-tea).
