nutritional balance

all our bodies have needs.. often we overlook them or never even know the need exists. some foods giveth and some taketh away. here we serve awareness of what helps and what does not. we are all unique and what is right for one may not be right for another; yet some choices are commonly healthy.

Man, I needed to see this... It should be intuitive, processed = not natural = probably harmful. But denial is a powerful force. I slather my lunch salads with olive oil, and cook with either olive or coconut oil just about every night. I'm resolved to change this habit now. It's very timely information for me.

you are welcome innerverse - another point is that our bodies are primarily water, which tends to not play well with oil. i only use small amounts of olive oil for breadmaking and for stopping potato chips sticking in the oven - but i will look for alternatives now. i am still clear that once the body is clean, a raw vegan diet is optimal - of foods in their natural form. here's to creating a utopian space with free, organically grown healthy food :)
